I’ve struggled to find a good plumber for some time. My last three issues have been fixed by Mr Rooter. The entire process of scheduling through repair was smooth and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend them!

He did a good job. I wish the plumber would have the parts on the van that we told them when we called. We explained when we called what the repair was, but he still had to leave and go to the westend to get the parts which seems like a huge waste of time. Also - no one called to say he was on his way. Email is not always the best way to let someone know the plumber is coming, it was just by luck that I happened to see it and hurried home to meet him, but could have missed him very easily. When you are told someone will call when they are on the way, you need to remember to call so the customer doesn't miss you.
