Erica responded very quickly, usually answered my calls or got right back to me. My job was a small and fiddly one which many contractors don’t want to mess with, but she jumped right in with extra ideas and suggestions. Rebuilt my rotting steps. Super responsive & professional. Erica painted the interior of our home. She was nice and told me not the worry about a thing. She told me her and her people would finish the prep work I wasn't able to finish. The pictures prove how professional there prep work is. We have to look at it daily now. She had excuses for not doing anything right. Also she charged us way more than we agreed to. Six months later we are still having problems and doesn't want to contact us about her work. HOME OWNER BEWARE. She also replaced all of our interior doors. Replaced hinges that were installed with striped hardware, door stops that were installed incorrectly causing holes in doors. I could write a book about the problems but these are some of them.
