I've been going to Ortho Montana for more than 20 years. Had multiple surgeries, and I truly believe I've had the best care possible. I highly recommend the Ortho Montana.

I am sitting in the Ortho Montana waiting room and I witnessed a nurse call a patient who had an appointment and who was in a cast and needed help holding her leg up because she broke her knee in 3 places. The nurse stood at the door where the patient sweat the Dr. making no effort to help this couple. My wife got up to help the patient hold her leg while the husband pushed her chair. Customer service from the nurse was unbelievable, do you job and help people instead of standing and watching another patient help a person who is chair bound.

I recently had some questions regarding billing with Ortho and my insurance. I went to Dana Slates and she was extremely helpful in taking time to reseach &analyze the insurance payments and what I owed. She was just so kind and patient in explaining the billing! Your company is fortunate to have her working for you! I really appreciated her expertise.

Good luck getting a call back to schedule an appointment.
I was given a referral to ortho montana from the VA for my back. I called several times and always got a answering machine. I left a message each time requesting a call back for an appointment and nothing. I had the VA contact ortho montana in the hopes they would schedule something. Ortho montana send me a text saying call them if I needed an appointment. I called the number they listed in their text message several times and left a message each time. Still no call back. I have wasted a month leaving messages and asking them to call back so I can make an appointment.
