Its unfortunate that people are alowed to write fake reviews and be totally deceptive in doing so. This review by Izzabella is full of deceptive information and the two friends she had make reviews. Izzabella did not have the money to pay us nor the sprinkler guy.. we all did the best we could for her.. the two people she had write a fake review should be ashamed of furthering a lie and writing one as grown adults. Shame shame....

AL did my yard and it turned out well! Took longer then I thought it would but no biggie. AL did a ton of work for us for a good price!

This experience has been terrible. I should have gotten everything written down to ensure I had something to hold Allen accountable for, but the original scope of work was vague at best and he kept telling me we could modify. When I questioned it, he kept telling me that he could envision it even if I couldn’t. I let him take the lead and he presented me lots of his ideas that didn’t fit with what I was asking. Whenever I told him what I wanted, he said sure. He could do that. Instead of large boulders in the corner, I got tiny crushed rock with a couple 5” plants. Instead of 4-5 large bushes to cover the foundation, I got a couple of plants the size of a basketball. He completely ignored the back of my house complaining that my house took more dirt than he projected and I was causing him to lose money. I got road mix instead of top soil and I got zero of the 4 large rose bushes he promised. When removing the back deck from our original plan, he decided that drainage controls were now eliminated to save costs and his uneven and unfinished walkway is a dam that now traps a giant lake in front of my house. When he told me he could save some costs by getting good deals on plants and shopping around, I assumed the same plants at a different store- not that he just wouldn’t buy them or replace them with dead ones. He constantly offered to get the price down, but wouldn’t ever tell me what he was eliminating. He got defensive when I would ask. He hasn’t been back to resolve, but he did sent me lots of lengthy text messages insulting me personally and cursing at me about how great he is. Honestly, this has been the worst part of building a brand new home as I have given over 20K to a man who is verbally abusive and goes off on you if you question his methods or even ask him how much a feature he wants to add costs. I now have to remedy his design with a new landscaper as my neighbors and homeowners association sends me emails and stops by to complain. Also, my kids have been waiting on the grass we wanted for months now and we all want to be able to go outside. Get a professional to do your landscaping and don’t endure the abuse that our family went through trying to accommodate a narcissist. You shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells when asking questions about costs or what the landscaper intends to do or what the time line is going to be.

Avoid this company, there are a lot of great landscaping companies in Billings but this is not one. Go somewhere else.
