When I ever need anything they were right there to help. Patience employees With good since of humor.
So it's my bank to go to.

I made an appointment to create an account today at 2:00 and arrived there at 1:50, I was told that they would be with me right away. I waited for over half an hour. It was 2:40 by the time I left. The lady that was suppose to help me was just chatting away in her office. Will be taking my business to another bank. Thanks very much.

Just stopped by to make an account change. Allocated person to handle accounts was busy so teller suggested I do my shopping first as it would take about 15mins. She said not to worry, they would keep my place open. Returned 15mins later and was told my spot just was taken by someone else...would I like to make an appt? So much for their word & customer service!! Looking for a different bank now that can handle more than 1 customer at a time!

Shawn Edington is the Branch Manager at this location. I have had a Business Account with Wells Fargo for about 8 years and had to leave since my fianc / book keeper banks elsewhere and it's simply more convenient for both of us. During the one year that I have lived in Billings and have banked with Wells Fargo Shawn Edington consistency goes above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs are met. I was going to pull my personal account but kept with Wells Fargo because of Shawn Edington and the consistency awesome bank tellers at this location.
I notice bad service and simply walk away and when I get average service i'm appreciative. When I get exceptional service, every time, I write reviews. Shawn Edington and the team at Wells Fargo Billings, Albertson's Branch on Grand Ave. are way above par and WF is fortunate to have Shawn on there team.
