This insurance company is like no other Ive worked with, and not in a good way. After inquiring multiple times to have my insurance proof sent to my finance company, I was threatened by my finance company to add secondary insurance to my account, as the team could not be bothered to send the paperwork. Maybe a lack of communication, but definitely a noteworthy error on their part. I also added business insurance to my policy for my business and ended up canceling and almost 4 months later still have not received a refund. I have worked with many insurance companies over the years for business, as well as auto and have never had such poor service from an agent like this. I will not be a return customer. I hope this was a fluke on their part, but I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service skills of the folks in this office, and how they conduct business.
