Jeff and his staff have always been attentive and helpful. The last thing you want to deal with is someone's insurance company after you get into an accident. I was rear ended by a person that had "internet insurance". I was so afraid it would be a total nightmare. I called Amy at Jeff's office and she took control and got my rental car set up, my car in the shop right away, and answered all of my questions. They treat you like family at Jeff Boyds office. I couldn't recommend them more.
