        I had insurance through this agency and they neglected to communicate with me after an accident to provide the insurance agency my proper address. Over a year went by, almost two years. I figured out my check was sent to the wrong address. Anyway, I call months later to try to get insurance on a different vehicle and the company isn’t willing to put in the time to re submit my information to insurance providers. Great way to take care of a precious customer

        Terrible customer service - followed up 6 times (4 written, 2 phone calls) regarding requesting a cancelation of my policy. And as a result I continue to be billed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
