They have beautiful stones and beads. There is everything here to make your own necklaces malas or decorative pins. The lady that works there is very helpful and make sure that you find everything you need.

I will score higher because there is a wonderful older woman who works there that is more than helpful, who doesn't hover while I'm trying to pick out colors even though hasn't the foggiest idea how to bead a jacket and nice to talk to.  Wish I remembered her name.  Now I get a 50/50 chance of running into the clueless one or running into the knowledgeable one.  Put the jacket way for the season so won't be back for awhile.  And probably won't be requesting a gift card for them either for Christmas.

So was my first time going to Buy the Bead everyone was so kind and helpful. No one rushed me or made me feel like I had to buy something. They just let me wonder around looking at everything. When it came time to purchase my selected item all I had was my debit card and the lady said they dont like to do anything under 10 dollars (note to self) But just As I was contemplating on what to do this kind lady said she would pay for my purchase! I could not believe it! At first I was like no its ok are you sure and without hesitation she handed the cashier cash to pay for my item! I didnt catch the ladys name but this just reminded me that every time I pay it forward there is also people like this kind lady also paying it forward I know I told her thank you so many time before leaving but again thank you!
