Billing us for a quote with no warning or documentation after Red Lodge Flood 2022. Let's see how this sits with the residents of Montana... On a business and moral level this is unethical to charge someone for a quote of any amount, let alone over $300 to come to Red Lodge after the 2022 flood... We did not sign documentation or agree to a quote fee. The other two company's that gave quotes did not charge a fee. What makes you feel entitled? Is it because you didn't get the job? Mountain Electric, I suggest you drop this collections account and write this one off. Now the state of Montana residents know how you do business...

Repairman, Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He checked things out carefully and explained what needed to be done & explained why. He explained the outdoor fixtures worked but needed new light bulbs, asked if I had any and replaced old with new. So polite & careful too. I also want to complement phone operator too. Very polite & efficient!
