Haven't ever been on hold with them for less than 20 minutes. Dr. Grove is always out of the office and does not return calls, even in an urgent situation. Pharmacy called 12 times to fill a prescription and got no response from Dr or PA. Have only seen PAs, haven't seen the Dr in almost a year. I guess you'd be okay here as long as you don't need to talk to the Dr or PA.

Poor customer service. Schedulers told us an appointment was downtown we go to it and they said no it is in the heights. Had then call let them know we in the way we got in the building at 712 for 700 appointment tnent and they told us to reschedule. They were no understanding at all.

Had a two for one with my daughter and Larry and Sydney and the other staff took their time with us. I feel like this was the best health care visit I have ever had.

We were visiting from out of state when my son cut his hand and needed a few stitches - they were wonderful every step of the process. Very thankful!
