Thanks to Blair and Bryan at Design Roofing and Restoration for guiding and implementing a major siding and roofing upgrade to a home built around 1936.
The project started August 2019 after a major hail storm damaged the roof of my home and garage.
I have wanted to replace the siding in addition to the roof project. The first contractor pulled out of Montana due and the contractor assigned by the insurance company had to find a new contractor to take on the project.
The silver lining in all the long delay was that Design Roofing and Restoration became the new contractor. Bryan and Blair were more than capable in navigating through the insurance complexities of the project.
Bryan introduced me to LP SMARTSIDE Diamond Kote pre finished siding. Previous vendors were all pushing Hardie Board Siding which is also a very solid choice.
The transformation from a 1930s vintage home to current design was amazing.
The end result was a thumbs up approval from my neighbors. Im very pleased with the facelift to my home.
