Joel and the team have gone above and beyond in the restoration of our homes kitchens. Our house was destroyed by a water leak and the kitchens both had to be gutted. Joel has been both kind and competent. He is understanding, intuitive and a lot of fun to work with! Their finished work has been outstanding. Communication throughout the project was easy and immediate. The few changes that we requested were dealt with and managed with excellence. Please consider using this company for your kitchen builds or remodels. Amazingly easy process and outstanding quality.

Joel designed and managed our kitchen remodel. We told him what we looking for and his design plan far exceeded our expectations. Joel was/is great to work with. Great personality, very professional and an exceptional designer. The materials are of great quality and the cost was within our budget. Alan our installer was very detailed and did an outstanding job. The counter and counter height backsplash was installed by CounterToppers, beautiful material and great installation. Everyone on our remodel team was professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend everyone involved in our remodel and we would use all of them for future projects.

After almost going with Hannesson Home for our kitchen, and realizing it would cost nearly 50% more for a worse design, my husband and I were thrilled to find Joel as our kitchen designer. We have only good things to say about him. He's very smart, respectful, with tons of ideas, very communicative and he was always there for us, even when I decided to change the color of the cabinets after placing the order with their provider. Unfortunately, I can only give them four stars because I had a very unpleasant experience trying to work with their floor guy, Rich. This person made fun of my accent, was lazy, didn't reply to our emails, and on top of that he didn't offer to shake my hand (as he did with my husband). I will say, if you go with Rimrock cabinets, please don't use their floor services. They are overpriced and Rich is very difficult to work with. Otherwise, they are the most amazing place to get your cabinets. We love ours and are very thankful with Joel. Definitely better than Hannesson Home. Better design, better price! Update: Joel sent my husband and I an email expressing the desire of the owner of Rimrock Cabinets come by our house to see if we were well taken care of. I deeply appreciate the attitude of the people here and believe this is a great company.
