Zak Barnes, Peyton, Steve & Heather were the professionals who took care of the water damage when a toilet tank overflowed. They were the very best people I have had to provide services of this kind. I am 91 years old and a curmudgeon to boot. These folks offered kindness, understanding, prompt and responsible services, as well as continuing communication throughout. The mitigation of water damage is a trial of patience - and mine is a short fuse. There's a lot of anxiety and suspense connected with a water leak. When our plumber suggested calling Faithful Disaster Restoration, I was definitely expecting the worst -- that the water leaking down to our basement would create the need to rip out the newly installed tile walk-in shower. Matthew and Judah, who responded from Faithful Disaster Restoration, were thoughtful & polite young men. They told me what they would need to do at each step. I was especially anxious because our homeowner's policy had such a high deductible. After a few days of running the fans in the basement and in the closet adjacent to the shower, we learned that the water had drained its way along the copper pipe from the closet wall to the basement ceiling without damaging the new tile wall.
