Elichai truly exceeded my expectations in every way! I called Elichai from across the country, asking him to design a pendant for my wifes 60th birthday.she had wanted a yogo sapphire necklace since we lived in Montana more than 30 years ago! Even though we were working at a distance, it was such a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Elichai is a great listener.he heard my vision and worked patiently with me (via emails and calls) to create a design that was so much nicer than I could have envisioned. When I asked for a particular design element that could have pushed the price out of my range, Elichai came up with an approach to capture the look I was hoping for, while remaining within my budget. Elichai also worked hard to find the most stunning centerpiece stone for the pendant from one of his sources.it is absolutely brilliant in the piece! My wife loves her pendant and wears it with excitement whenever we go out! Elichai is truly a gifted jeweler and working with him couldnt have been a more enjoyable experience. Thank you Elichai for helping to make my wife's 60th birthday a very special and memorable one, and for creating something she will cherish for many years to come!!!

Mr. Elichai, this was the smoothest quickest and most helpful engagement ring customizing and purchasing experience I could have imagined. I only wish I was able to give 100 stars on this review. Firstly, the ring blew my expectations out of the water. the piece was unique and without blemish. And somehow we created a ring exactly what my fianc wanted without her opinion. Secondly, and most importantly. The unmatched customer service was amazing. I walked into this situation without a clue of what I wanted for my fiancs ring, but with ease, Elichai walked me through a ring customizing experience that was not forceful or rushed, but helped me build a ring I could not have dreamed up on my own. And then to add on to it, I gave him a timeline, which I set back to far by one month, and realized it with only two weeks until my planned engagement. Elicahi spent late nights, weekends and overnight shipping to be sure I could execute my plan. And then of course Elichai goes even further and cleans and resizes the ring for free in a timely manner when I gave him the wrong ring size. I honestly could not dream up a better ring experience and I can not imagine and smoother and more comforting buying experience. I will for sure be a return customer and will refer anyone possible.
