My family and I have been staying at Fairmont Estates every spring for years, and most years have loved our time there. We were treated poorly this year, and I have never witnessed such nasty customer service. The management handled a false accusation inappropriately and went so low as to insult us personally. We tried to work with them to resolve the issue, and they were uncompromising. I asked them for information on reporting the situation to the Board of Directors. The management told me that the only way to talk to the Board was through them and not to bother attending the Board meeting in October because I was not a member of the Condo Association.

Our condo was clean, cozy and quiet. We spent our anniversary here and my husband and his family have enjoyed many Thanksgiving holidays here. It is always a pleasure and enjoyable time. Love these condos!

I have been coming to these condos every year with my extended family for I think the better part of 6 years now. I've never had a single complaint about the condos and I look forward to going each and every holiday season.
