        Been banking with Providence Bank for several years and anytime there's a problem they are on top of it right away BUT since it's switched over to First Mid Bank we've had nothing but problems and it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone and even when you do they can't help you cuz they don't know what they are doing🤦 definitely will be switching banks if I can ever get anyone to answer🤬
