Selected a Hauge system from Wild About Water! after reviewing a few different options. The system is customized to my home instead of a fully stock item from other companies. She was thorough and knew everything about the system and was able to answer all my wild questions. She kept me up to date on delivery status and install plans.
We've been using it for about 2 months now and the improvement in water quality is huge! We went from very hard water that left spots on everything to clean dishes and shower heads. We couldn't be happier with it.
Plus it's a nice looking unit, so it's the best looking part of my utility room!

How lucky am I to have the best water in the world! My husband and I have had our Hague water system for 11 years. During this time we have had the best attentive and caring service one can imagine. I feel the four states is very fortunate to have Tamara Barnett as their local Hague dealer. It is the rare individual that gives us much attention to her customer base. Thank you Tamara! We drink the best water to our good health and yours and all those lucky individuals that have Hague water systems and your attentive care. Thank you again.

Ive had this system for years, Ive no complaints with either Tamra or my system! Its the best water in town! I find Tamra very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She goes out of her way to make sure all is done correctly, any part I needed she has, the times she hasnt the part was on back order! This lovely lady is worth the wait! She covers a very large area things do not always go smoothly, she hangs in there until its done correctly, I dont mind the waiting for her because I know it will be done correctly. I learn more about this system the more we talk! I find with her help I can take care of any issues over the phone! I prefer her to take care of my systems needs, I trust her to the point if she needed to service my system and I was unable to be there I would trust her to inter my home! Tamara is amazing at her job. I know that she will take as much time needed to make sure our water system is working properly during a regular maintenance call or anytime we need her. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help us over the phone and or text to answer any questions we may have that don't require a house call. She is very passionate about the products she uses. A bonus is that she is a great person and only has the best interests of my family and the water that we use.

The times Ive called about issues with, or for maintenance on this system, theres always been problems. Waiting weeks service. My Hague water softener system starting leaking the first week in April. I called and was told how to turn it off until Tamara could get to my house. I sent a follow up text to her on April 10th, a dont forget Me reminder...no response, sent another on April 14th. She responded on April 15th with trying to get there ASAP. I ask about a ballpark price $500 or $5000 because she told me the tank needed to be replaced. She said she was trying to figure a way to get the price down by using some kind of dealer equipment credits. Ive never heard from her again. She told me over and over I have the Rolls Royce of softener systems, but a broken down Rolls Royce with no mechanic isnt worth much
After much research I have found that the systems are over priced and the service is non existent.
