Pulaski County Health Center--WIC Office

I had a great experience here receiving an official document. The staff were polite and helpful both in person and over the phone.

Depends on how their days are going. But we’ve gotten the good and bad from them. Our old WIC office always called to remind us of our appointments even if it was an automated message but this office doesn’t so it’s hard for busy families to remember every appointment. We also have to bring in all the forms almost every time we go there, which is also a pain.

This WIC office is terrible. They aren't willing to help me. I brought in the form for my son to be whiched to a different formula. They wouldn't even take the form to put in his file. Then they tell me they are by appointment only. Which isn't true I've walked in twice and theyve helped me. Now I try to setup an appointment and tell them my only day is a Monday and they tell me thatd Id have to go to the crocker office instead. So now my kid has to wait a whole 'nother week. Very, very irratated.
