I just went in there n bought 2 games. Resident evil 5 works good. Mercenaries 2 world in flame does not. Plan to call in the mornin n see what can be done..

The lovely store owners who work here were as professional and honest as you can ask for in a business. I made a purchase of a used Playstation 4 (There was nothing wrong with the console, but it wouldn't output 4k to my Samsung 4k Tv (Only the PS4 Pro can) However, I didn't know that at the time of my purchase. (I should have done research on my end!) After getting home and figuring this mistake on my part out, I called up to the store and asked if I could return the item. The store owners did NOT have to return my items because of their policy but they did so anyways! They made an exception and after a brief conversation told me to come back in and they would refund my money. This was truly a Christmas gift in spirit considering I had spent over $300! They refunded my money and I can tell you these people deserve your business... If you have any gaming needs, repairs, or are looking for a new/used game go ahead and give Game Depot a try instead of Gamestop and support smaller businesses. This couple deserves it! Thank you for your kindness.

I’ve been going to you since 2012 or 2013. Absolutely love you guys! You’re by far the most cheerful people I’ve ever shopped from.
