The UPS Store - Closed

Went to the lackluster store in Washington, MO where AGAIN...The store was closed just as i pulled up with some reason...and wouldn't even attempt to talk to me for a question through the door just after they answered another from the door. I walked up as he walked away to ask where the next closest location is, and he looks at me with this arrogance and points to the sign, at the same time I hear the lady owner??? Holler from the counter that they are closed!!! DUH!!! Take 10 seconds of your VALUABLE time to answer or blow off a customer question, i CAN READ thank you!!!...anyways...This has been my 5th time going to that Washington store, and all but my 1st time was a horrible experience...2 times they were rando closed the moment I pull up...2 times that I did send stuff back was met with a bad attitude...I come from family owned restaurants, and I almost GUARANTEE that this is ran by 95% all family members...we smell our own. NOW... Went to the further Manchester location in Deirbergs...this location I'm on right now, and the man working was very kind, communication was friendly, and had NO ISSUES. I would recommend going the distance and support a store that seems to care more, and a store that ACTUALLY accepts returns from AMAZON, ETC...Washington location DOES NOT for whatever reasons at the moment.

This store never seems to be able to accept packages anymore. It is more of a big drop box for prepaid packages. The system is always down.

Needed to do a simple order, came at 2:00. Rude woman swung open the door and yelled were closed!. Checked google-says they should be open til 6:30. Asked if she knew of another location that was open today and she told me to check the internetwhich I did and said this location was to be open. Obviously she didnt want to work. It would have taken 30 seconds for her to take care of my items. Drove over 30 min to get here too.

Please update your hours. Many people are irritated that you are only open 10am to 2pm this week. I'm sure there's a reason for it. But this is the worst week of the year to do it. Christmas week... And if you're gonna change your hours, put it on here too. Also, I think ups makes more than enough money that I shouldn't have to carry my own tape to tape a box closed or be charged.

Second time I have been to the store to return Amazon packages and their system is down. I live about 20 miles away, so I called first and heard a message from November; no one ever answered the phone. Running a successful business takes excellent communication. The store could be an asset to the Washington community, so I hope that management is listening!
