We're not dyslexia friendly. I let them know and Still had no help. It very hard to live with Dyslexia as a Adult. do better for the future Adult with Dyslexia..

I am so sick of dealing with this place. They are so totally clueless and are no help at all it's ridiculous, it seems like every single time that I come here there are issues, in fact that is the only thing this place can do with consistency.
I've had problems in ALL of the facilities of this company as well, medical, behavioral health, and dental in its entirety.
It is ridiculous, and the customer service is atrocious at best.
First off, every time I go I pay while I'm there, and normally it's around 70 per appointment, but that won't stop them from sending me a bill for 200 dollars on top of that 2 weeks later.
Not to mention when you call to talk to someone about the bills you are sent, or if you have questions about medication, or pretty much anything, the people on the other end of the phone are completely and utterly clueless.
Not only did they butcher me by chopping a mole off my back, and butchering me, but they originally said the appointment was 70 dollars, and didn't tell me that the lidocaine would cost more, even as I paid at the front desk. So I got a bill for an extra whopping 150 dollars.
Their version of a solution for that, was refunding me 70 dollars for the appointment, and then putting a stop payment on that as soon as i got it, so I had to call them yet again.
I decided to try compass again as I needed my medication, but now I just received another bill, saying that my psychiatrist appointment was actually 200 dollars, not the 70 dollars it has been for the past year, every time.
Do not go here. The staff are entirely clueless. They don't know what bills they're sending out, what to charge, and they don't even have the common decency to tell you when something will be extra or not.
Not only did they cut a small square out of my mole, leaving me with a hideous scar, they screwed me over multiple times by sending me bills that they don't even know what are for themselves.
It's ridiculous, and the worst part is I wish I was exaggerating.
I have been burned time and time again by compass health, and I'm over it. Do yourself a massive favor, and skip this place. Your better off at ssm.
