Service department is a joke. They will put bikes that came in later than yours as a priority. Be ready to hear one more week for your bike for 2 months. Oh and then when you finally get your bike back and it runs like garbage they will tell you it's because it's cold that it barely runs. Don't forget to ask for your old parts back because they will try to keep em because the guy had to go home to get em.

They will only work on your bike if you buy the parts from them. Seems silly to buy a tire from them for $60 more than you can get elsewhere, then pay them even more to mount and balance it. Throwing your own business out.... smart... J&W Cycles just a bit further down the road will do it for $30, whether you buy the tire there or not, they appreciate the business. Response to the owner: You legally, and ethically can mount a tire that you didn't sell. Especially when it was brand new, with the sticker still attached.

This is a damn good store if you like Harley they have vintage bikes and brand new ones beautiful selection of bikes and accessories one of the best Harley shops I've seen in a long time
