We given a 1 to 5 window for arrival. Plumber came at 6:30. He didnt fix our our burst pipe. He just went around and told we needed to fix the bathroom sink and said hed send us an estimate. It was bizarre and my wife missed a whole day of work waiting for him and nothing was done. Will never call Laughlin again

These people are far from professional and don't care about rules or regulations. They have created dangerous situations through their negligence. I had a similar experience to another contributor. This isn't an isolated incident this is a pattern and practice of how they operate. Please use someone more responsible.

I have used OJ Laughlin plumbing several times. They have always been prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Today they came out to fix a broken toilet valve and ended up solving an additional problem in a bathroom that had been troubling us for quite some time. Great service!
