I contacted Gamma to prune my tree, they came out, emailed me an estimate. I called them the next day asking to set up an appointment. No one returned my call, but to my surprised they came to my house without permission and pruned my tree. The work was not to my satisfaction. So I called to speak to the owner Tom, I have left numerous messages with his secretary and after three weeks I am still waiting for a phone call. They have sent me the bill and my tree is still unfinished. I am frustrated with the unprofessionalism and can't believe that I was never given any input on what I wanted or expected. This is bad business at its best.
