        If I could leave zero stars I would! Troy's Urgent Care is in the same building and billed through the same TaxID as the hospital, which means you will be charged an emergency room/outpatient visit for using urgent care. With our insurance it cost $238 to go to THIS urgent care, with any other Urgent Care location it's between $10-35. To note, my daughter had an ear infection, the Nurse Practitioner checked her ears, confirmed what I told them and prescribed medicine. EDIT - Billing was not helpful and just re-explained what I said above. Since this urgent care is not a free standing location and connected to a hospital.. you get charged hospital prices. DO NOT go to this urgent care facility unless you enjoy throwing away money.

        I went there myself and took 2 daughters there. It clearly says it's a urgent care and you only get to see a np. They will not charge you for a urgent care visit but a outpatient visit that won't be covered.

        Awful experience, humiliated by the staff and my issue was not even looked at, they didn't provide any quality care and I will not ever be back unless I have to.
