Came in without a clue. Casey was very Polite and helped us find a phone plan that best suits us, and also hooked us up with some sweet new phones. Great customer service all the way around, and I would highly recommend This store to anybody looking for a new phone.

This store lacks a sense of professionalism that you get from the major carriers. When they are not too busy to help you they are often "hanging out" not aware of your existence. If you need to go to Best buy mobile at least go to the other one in town.

Not sure how a store this small is such a mess 🤔.
Not sure how with 4 employees, I could not get any help when I'm the only potential customer.
Not sure how they don't have any Type-C or Pixel accessories.

The service here is great, they seem to know their cellular technology very well, maybe not cutting edge prototype technology all the time, but even there, they are very knowledgeable. If you have a question about a phone, be it technical specification or general reliability or even public perception they can answer your questions. They are more than willing to help you with anything you need. Next time you need a cell phone check them out. And this location is usually much less crowded and slow than the stand alone Best Buy store in town.
