        It was easy to make appointment on line, lots of flexible times and options, my advisor was great and professional and kind and explanatory BUT too high on cost!!! I had been with a Cpa previously for years (and he recently passed away suddenly) so just chose Jackson for ease and my taxes this year were simple. Ill not come back most likley, not if I can develop not only a personal relationship with a Cpa and that its at half the cost. I had always considered hr block jackson hewitt these type of places to be cheap kind of substandard service. So was floored when it was more than double what a private cpa firm would have charged me. Would not have good had I known that in the beginning BUT i did not ask for quote, so my own fault

        Fast and friendly but cost me more then anywhere else I have ever been. The most I've ever payed for having my taxes done in the past was $250 and that was when I owned a business. For income tax JH wanted to change me almost $700.00
