Golf Headquarters

Zero stars and Zero customer service. Ive been in the store multiple times and not once has it felt welcoming. Unless youre walking in with knowledge of exactly what you want I wouldnt suggest going. Even if you do have knowledge soon after interacting with the workers youll question why youd even want to do business with them. It seems the criteria to work there is being as unfriendly and unhelpful as possible. Its amazing any business would knowingly operate like this one. Obviously they make enough money to keep the place open but no doubt theyre leaving A LOT of money on the table by how they treat people. Go see for yourself and try to convince me this review is wrongfully founded.

Customer service is horrible, the older bald man seems annoyed that youre there while talking to you. I walked in for a driver fitting fully wanting to buy and turned around and left after being in the store for 5min. Heading to their competitor, where they actually want to help you improve your golf game and want your business.

I stopped in this store after purchasing a set of new Rogue ST Max irons from another Golf Headquarters location. I was blown away with the attention to detail on the iron purchase and wanted to get fitted for a driver. Came into the Springfield store and it was totally different. No effort to make the sale. I was going to buy one that day if I could have had the experience fitting the club in the other store. I would rate this store negative stars if I could. Really poor service and experience and I will not go back. I drove to the Rogers, AR location to make my purchase instead. BTW, the Rogers location was exceptional.

GH is the worst golf store I've ever been to in my life. Horrible customer service. Employees look at you like you are stealing. Could care less to help you. I couldn't give this zero stars or I would have. Will never give them any of my money.
