        I drove an hour for my appointment, maps said arrival time was 1:07. I walk in and wait for the receptionist to finish typing before she checks me in, she then proceeds to say that they only have a 7 minute grace period and its 1:09 and now Ill have to reschedule for half a year from now.WHY 7 MINUTES IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO MAKE ME SIT DOWN AND FILL OUT PAPERWORK IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR PROBABLY HALF AN HOUR?! Makes zero sense. Waste of gas and an hour drive here.
