I have had my sales rep from the Wichita branch trying to get me some material pricing for my brothers place and cant get a phone call back. Poor customer service compared to any other ABC Ive dealt with. Might need new management.

Purchased siding from ABC. We noticed the house had several places the siding had color variations. We contacted ABC in regards to this issue. After several attempts and calls to correct the color variation issue, 5 weeks later the manufacturer responded by denying the claim stating the color was within spec of the allowed variance. Although we will correct this issue out of pocket, there might be companies that will not. I urge buyer to beware of any warranties they claim to give with their products. I highly recommend Alside Supply, we've never had this issue with them.

Truckers should approach FROM THE LEFT!! A sign indicates entrance is last entrance on end when approaching from left and is very tight. I dont think a truck approaching from the right could make that. That entrance seems to be mostly for flatbeds. If you are dry van (like me), call first and ask them which entrance they want you to enter. I used the truck entrance then checked in, but then I had to leave, go find a place to turn around, then return and enter thru the very first entrance on the left. Their dock is a cement ramp. When you enter at the first entrance on the left and drive toward the back, the cement ramp is next to you on the right, and you straight back into it. I arrived 0745 for 9am appt. I think I left about 9:15amnice people but VERY LIMITED MANEUVERABILITY inside. Satellite view it first so you know what youre getting into.
