I haven't done business with them, but a young man was driving aggressively on highway 65 the other day in a white dodge dually with their company logo on the door. I called the office, and wasn't able to talk to anyone about it.

Called many roofing companies and they couldnâ€™t get out for 3 weeks and this company could come out in a couple of days so we chose them. Waited 2 extra days for a roof inspection to be done, never got a call back after it was finished (like they told us they would). Had to wait an extra day for inspection report and photos and there was no estimate included like we had asked for. Explained this was a time-sensitive matter that we needed done before closing on our house. Our realtor also called several times never heard back. The woman that filters the calls and answers the phone was rude, HUNG UP ON ME multiple times and refused to let us speak with the owner always saying he was â€œon another callâ€.
Also the other 5 star review is the one the owner Timur gave to himself.
I usually donâ€™t fill out negative reviews and love to support local business but this is just not communication or good customer service. Service: Roof inspection
