Great job and scheduled me within a week of getting my bid approved. Best part was watching the owners wife back up a dually with a trailer behind it...she should teach people how to back up trailers, that alone was impressive!

We had our roof replaced last summer after we purchased our home. Until the roof was replaced we had no issue with our skylight, but after the roof was replaced the skylight was leaking during every rain. It was difficult to get someone out to check the skylight and they always blamed the age of the skylight. Our skylight is older, but like I said we had no issue before the roof replacement. We had our own inspection done and they stated that RFL had REUSED the flashing from before on everything on our roof. the flashing for the skylight had multiple holes throughout and the inspector said the skylight could be the issue, but the flashing should have never been reused and could also definitely be the issue. I was finally able to get RFL out to replace the flashing after a lot of back and forth as to whether or not what had caused the issue when what I wanted was the new flashing for all the fixtures on the roof, as should have been done upon initial install. Our roof has internal damage and we don't even know about mold or internal water damage done due to the neglectful installation of the flashing. When they finally put new flashing on, the leaks stopped and we have had no problem since. The damages should be covered but RFL is fighting trying to responsibility. The crew came quick and did a good job on the roof. However, they left landscaping stones, which they moved or removed, scattered across my lawn, I found plastic debris from shingle tar strips throughout my yard and small bits and pieces of shingles here and there from their tear off job. Honestly, I feel like those details are nit-picky and wouldn’t have caused me to reduce the rating. What’s caused the three start rating is that they left behind large plastic pallets that have sat in the yard for more than a week and killed my grass. They never came to pick them up and when asked, they blamed the shingle company and said they’d have the shingle company come and remove them. It’s been a week and they still sit here. I’m going to end up having to pay for their disposal. The company needs to be a little more cleaner and pay better attention that they leave the property as they found it. Service: Roof installation
