12/20/2018 My first time here, I had the cashew chicken all white meat and water. Total was approx. 5.40 and I'm happy with that. Cashier was friendly, There is plenty of seating, bathroom & returaunt were both clean.
Food, wonderful! Hot, delicious, and a big serving. I did not finish everything on my plate.
I will definitely eat here again.

I have lived in Springfield my whole life, 35 years. I have had chinese food everywhere and this place is by far the best. The have gteat sauces and their portions are huge. They are so friendly too. Great place.

I use to work here and let me tell you, it was a time. For my first job, I had no idea what to expect but it was terrible. Working at my new job compared to this makes this seem like a joke. Basic customer service is not taught. Everything is chaos and no one upfront has an assigned job, it’s first come first serve. So many health code and safety violations were broken in the process while I worked there and I only saw a small chunk. Who knows what else I missed. Bugs were always everywhere and that was only what you could see. One of my coworkers had a cockroach fall on her from the sealing, if you moved the coffee pot a bug or a few would run out from behind it. Water was always leaking and no one ever fixed it. The back is always gross and cramped. I could go on in detail about this but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
