    Artic did an amazing job installing our HVAC system in our swim school Tiny Fins Survival Swim in Nixa. They did an excellent job figuring out all of the logistics with humidity and moisture control. They were very efficient and we couldnt be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

    Set up a service call for repairs on a pizza oven in the morning and received a phone call at 4 in the afternoon letting me know that theyre not taking on any new customers. So we went an entire day with our pizza oven down, waiting on someone that wasnt coming. Terrible customer service will never use them for anything. Be careful calling this company.

    They sent a tech out to service a machine, they didn't tell us they were going to charge $110 and hour for travel time. all said and done we got stuck with a $900 bill just to top off the Freon in a machine they sold us! I called and asked them to work with us on the bill, they refused. Make sure you get a quote!

We appreciate your taking the time to leave feedback about our services, but we would like to add some context to this service call and explain the situation in its entirety. This Christian organization is located 2.5-3 hours from our location. When a potential customer is located so far away our dispatches make the point of contact aware of our drive time policy and charges, especially for a customer with little history with us. We pay our service technicians for their time, which includes driving. Why call a service company from so far away and expect not to pay a hard working technician for his time? When our tech examined the unit he found it was poorly maintained, out of warranty and likely not worth repairing. Which was explained to the customer. He charged the unit anyway. The on site technician provided a total before leaving, but you called our service manager regardless. You claim you called to ask to work with us on the bill, but the first thing you said was, I won't be using your company again, complaining about having to pay a man for his labor. If you would have asked for a quote we would have provided one, but at no point in time did we deceive you on pricing. In fact, several people tried to dissuade you from spending money on an old unit. Again, we're happy to discuss further, but our policies have always remained the same and we've always charged drive time. I'm not sure what was expected or why it's acceptable to not pay hard working companies simply because your boarding school is located in a remote location.
