They have been nothing but nice. They are extremely informative. They are fast paced. They get the job done in a easy and stressless time frame. They send over forms to your doctors office for the doctor to fill out and sign. The doctor faxes it back. Send you samples to try out before ordering your first month supplies... You guys have been so helpful the whole way during my process for my son.!!!!!!! Thank you so much to the two ladys that have always been super nice over the phone. I appreciate it alot. As it took me over 4 months to find a program like this. Im glad i found a good one that takes the time with each patient.
