Copy products have issues correcting erroneous billing errors, even after I have provided dated phone records as evidence to their billing mistakes. They are continuing to issue statements and interest charges in spite of my continued communication and evidence. This is disappointing. I will never engage with this company again. Signing a contract with them was a mistake I will not repeat. All this over $40...how sad.

I have purchased two printers from Copy Products and have been extremely satisfied with both printers! Copy Products provided high quality customer service, you dont always receive being a small business! They helped me analyze my printer needs and provided me several options that made sense! They have always been on top of delivering cartridges before I run out and have experienced continued support on getting the most out of my printer! You dont have to worry that will try to over sell you, they are honest and truly care about their customers! They also always seem to have the best technology for the industry, its always cool to see their new products!
