They have major problems with the billing system that’s used and although I’m paying monthly payments they still turned it into collections! I’m disabled and can barely get through the month as it is but they still want a big payment every month. I can only do so much!

The only thing I can say good is they are friendly. They kept charging me and my insurance company past the pay off. Every time we went in for something they wouldn’t give you a price until they found out which insurance company. Just left from there and they were closing down part of it. They couldn’t even find my husbands name in the system, and Now their not allowed to take cash.

Horrible customer service. Lady I talked to was one of those people who thinks anyone ten years younger than she is is incapable of any kind of thought, kept explaining things over and over like I was a child. One of the things she felt the need to keep explaining to me was that she needed an insurance card to verify insurance. Who doesn't know that? I finally had to cut her off and told her I completely understand the insurance situation, and if she could please get to the rest of the information that would be great. Wasn't very kind either.

AWFUL! You can never get ahold of anyone! Been trying for weeks to get someone to come see about a new power chair battery and they were supposed to come weeks ago. Tried calling several times and have been on hold for a total of 4 hours.... 30 minutes every time! Do not use them, if you don't have to.

I really don't understand some of their products and billing procedures. I use a CPAP machine and one specific headgear. The package shows the nasal piece I normally use and in the corner picture of front of package is a small circled tiny nasal piece you can use instead of the larger one (which I tried once but hurts my ears). As I would check out, at the last second, they would throw the little nose piece into the bag, not mentioning that it is supposed to be a part of the package (so how come it isn't in the package to begin with?) and after getting home, noticed that there is a separate charge for that tiny nose piece! Now I am really slow, evidently, because they have done this 5 times now - charged 5 times also! If that tiny nasal piece is part of the package (and the package is named after the small one and not the large nasal gear piece), why is there a separate charge? They said they have to do it that way. One package and 2 charges and that small one you could stick in your mouth and chew it like bubble gum! Some of the reviews are correct. Some nice people there but some could care less and no one in charge to talk to. Other than that, I have had no problem with getting my machine or help when I go in. Today I go back because my machine didn't heat up last night for the humidity to breathe in. Hopefully it is simple problem, maybe get a loaner till it it's fixed.
