        I had called and cancelled my appointment 2 days in advance! I was emailed the day before my appointment to confirm I would be attending. I replied to the email 4 minutes after it was sent stating I already cancelled my appointment and would be very upset if my card was charged because I couldn't remove it from their system! Guess what? My card was charged. I emailed again even though I was ignored the first times. Then I called to leave a voicemail after hours with my call back number and was never called back!!! I had to have my mother show up with my debit card while I was at work to get my money back from them! Very unprofessional customer service. I will never be rescheduling here, that's for sure! $199 is the highest price for a medical card I have heard of around here! Atleast call me back and apologize for your mistakes. Such a waste of my time. I do not recommend this health center!
