Visited for the first time recently with my fiance and just didn't really have the best experience. We kept getting asked if we needed help and was watched the entire time. Which really didn't make for the most comfortable experience when you're trying to discuss ideas and thoughts on adult themed products. It's one thing to ask a couple times but to keep approaching and watching it's just not a good way to make someone feel invited in. The final last comment of " are you sure you aren't looking for something specific" when we were looking at lubes was kind of what did it for us booth and we picked one out and called it good. I respect good customer service but watching people the whole time and basically talking down to them doesn't have either of us in a rush to come back anytime soon.

I LOVE this store and their products. The employees are so kind and knowledgeable! Always running amazing sales and deals too!

This place is absolutely amazing all the way down to the costumer service,super helpful can tell you about any products in the store even have a selection on the side to test out products and get a feel of them.the store was super clean and a wide selection of things also! If anyone needs an adult store this is the one to 100% go to even people walking in where super friendly and could tell where regulars them self and felt comfortable being here! 100% recommend going here!
