Not a good agency and definitely one that is driven by the company. I was previously insured by State Farm prior to their earning their new "Snake Farm" reputation over the past couple years. My experience shows that the claim reps of State Farm will manipulate Xactimate pricing within a market to minimize their claim payouts. This seems very close to how companies operated in the past that led to the release of "Delay, Deny, Defend". At one point, State Farm made the decision to increase my deductible almost THREE times! The response from this agency was: "With what you do for a living, why would you file a claim"? Why?!? Because I pay for this insurance contract! That would be like telling the owner of a body shop to not file a claim on a vehicle because they know how to fix it... lol Do yourself a favor and choose a different carrier and agent. You will be happy you avoided this dumpster fire.
