I think CASP employees do a good job. They can certainly have their not-so-friendly moments but look who they have to deal with ever day - a bunch of trouble makers. The gal at the front desk is very pleasant and always gets my hours scheduled accordingly. Never had any problems. And yes if you miss your scheduled hours without a valid excuse you have to pay for it. That's the rules. I've never had to pay to speak to somebody as someone else stated in their review. They are closed on all federal holidays which can be an inconvenience so be aware of those. All-in-all considering my circumstance they've been good to work with. No complaints. Don't get in trouble and you'll never have to use them!

Never had any issues with them as to scheduling my hours.

Ive tried calling time and time again to schedule my hours and I get nothing but when I do its super hard to even get them made. They put my down for days places are closed and I cant do my community service and they want me to pay a fee to reschedule..

Its a government office. Did you EXPECT their service to be above 1 star?
