I worked for OHM for the last 9 months. On Jan. 2 I woke up being notified that my place of employment was being shut down - with absolutely zero notice. There are 60+ employees - some of us servers already on a lower income having just paid out our biggest bills of the month (rent, utilities) and it being DIRECTLY after the new year, and christmas. Some of us were left with nothing There are employees.. myself included.. that are parents, we relied on this income to provide for our children.. , and OHM randomly took our jobs away. They took employment away from a hardworking - reliable - overworked and UNDERPAID (MANAGER ) did not offer them another job, and only told them to hand in their key. I dont know about you, but this is NOT a place i would spend my money on if this is how the OHM treats their employees. IF you work for them - RUN. NOW. or you might wake up and be unemployed randomly too.

I worked at houlihans south for over a year, everything seemed fine up until the week before they closed. They told us we were closing effective immediately an hour before morning shift started. Immediately after Christmas and after paying our rent and bills when we thought wed have some time to recover and work as much as we could. Nothing to start the new year like 50+ people being fired with no warning and no way to support their families. No warning to be able to start looking for new jobs or to set money aside especially with utilities being higher this time of year, pretty much just a fake apology for Tim Oreily not being able to be there but he sends his regards. As hes vacationing with no care in the world. Not to mention multiple paychecks were sent out after the deadline they said theyd be accessible by and wages were shorted and god forbid you call payroll and ask for an explanation they just hang up on your or never get back to you. Amazing way to treat the staff that have worked hard and for a long time to keep your restaurant running. Also employees who didnt attend the meeting were not contacted by management or anyone to be told the news, fellow employees had to tell them. Great job OHM you suck
