Im so thankful for Integrity Home Health and Hospice! My husband had the very best care after he needed a little help extra help after open heart surgery. His home health care team were amazing at meeting his needs and they were very knowledgeable of what he required. We loved his nurse and team! Thank you Integrity!

Ive seen first hand how much the clinicians care about patients. They work hard to see people timely and provide high quality care.

Poor experience. The first nurse we encountered was rude to the care worker we had at the house from another agency and made us all uncomfortable with how she attacked the care worker for asking questions saying "look I just got her right before you did, I don't know anything more than you do you'll just have to wait I still have a lot of paper work to get through". I felt my father and his family were not always treated respectfully. My father told me he felt he was treated like a baby. They used terms like "sweetie" "honey" when addressing a grown man, an elder. They also spoke to him with tones like he was a sick puppy or baby. The bath aide was kind, but she didn't show up because she didn't want to show up unannounced.....My father didn't answer his phone because he was ill and resting. He only had one actual bath/ shower the 3 weeks he was home.....She also pet his hair like he was a dog. She would not have done that to a grown man in any other situation.. again she was kind and caring but I did not feel showed adequate respect. I would call with questions and they would call my brother on his phone with answers.... When my father passed, a nurse arrived and slowly, casually got out of her car... my father had only been presumed dead by family, however could have very well still been alive and needing medical attention.... she had no sense of urgency. When going into the house I said "we think he's passed" she responded very casually " oh ok." She came in and wanted to have us, his children, move his dead body.... when I said that sounded traumatic, she moved right along to business asking us to help dispose of his meds. She did not converse with us, offer condolences, comfort, or anything, just worked on her tablet quietly. Her response and demeanor seemed disrespectful for the situation in my opinion. I know she is used to this on the job but should still be considerate of the experience of his family. After my dad passed, they said the social worker would be in touch and we would have access to counseling but we never heard from anyone about anything. Id like to add that they took him off his blood thinners completely right before his death. They completely adjusted the med schedule his cardiologist had set up for him that was keeping him alive. It was almost as if they were trying to cause him a heart attack. He had a nurse said he should be in more visits because he was not well. They went back to having him on the minimum visits up until he died. He clearly was not doing well but they didn't seem to assess properly to increase his visits. The pros are he had everything set up at the house before he got home.

My brother is a client with Integrity, and while most staff members were nice enough, some were down right rude. The staff in general was not knowledgeable of what other staff was doing/had done. One staff would call/message saying one thing then 10 mins later a different staff would call saying something totally opposite. I often asked for help with my brother that seemed to fall upon deaf ears. When it was too much for me to handle, I asked for help with placement in a nursing facility. After I was told I couldn't place him, then I got a call saying they had a bed available, but 10 mins later got a call asking if I was home so they could bring him to my house when he released from hospital. This is after a nurse threatened to call "state" on me, because my brother was at the house alone. Several staff members were aware he was home alone due to my husband being in ICU. When I asked for help/ additional care because of the situation I was informed that wasn't their job. While I'm not sure what their definition of care and comfort is, I'm pretty sure "taking care of his care and comfort" would include additional help if needed
