The guys picking up the trash work hard and fast to get their job done. The ownership doesn’t deserve such hard workers. Never encountered such horrible and demeaning people. They have zero sense of customer service. Everything is great unless they mess up and don’t get your trash for three weeks, then they somehow victim blame and you become the problem because they have zero concept of customer service or their reputation. They have bad reviews deleted that are relevant because they have to do with poor and offensive behavior of the office “ part owner” staff. Read BBB reviews, google reviews, Porch reviews, the one star reviews… and you’ll get the feel of what it’s like to deal with them, and then realize that they had many many reviews removed because they were “offensive” but they are the TRUTH, it is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. “Refuse” the lack of service you’ll get through this company!!!
