        Just finished putting in carpet and wood in my whole house. So glad I used carpet direct. I saved so much money over the big box stores. Their installers did a super job. They have a great selection to choose from. Give them a call and Save!

        So we ordered carpet on a Tuesday was told it should be in by Friday. I had to call our salesman. Which he said it wasn't in. He told me to call back next week. I called the main office in Tulsa. They didn't help. But they had my $$. So I did still wasn't in. Came in that Friday and of course installer was booked till the next Thursday which I could be home to watch them. The installers screwed up my paint. Now a month latter the pad they put under the carpet is rolling up all over the carpet. Called the installer he doesn't care. Seems like no one cares after your carpet it installed. Would not recommend.
