My husband, my dog and I had planned on staying at Woodspring Springfield, Mo for awhile. We arrived Saturday August 27th. The person only let me pay for a week not a month. We are both disabled in wheelchairs. Everything was going okay until the following Monday the 29th. We had a note on our door that we had to vacate by September 3rd and the note said several reasons. I went down to lobby to talk to a Mgr. She was rude to me when I asked why. 1. our wheelchairs messed up the paint in elevator which I know we had to be careful but maneuvering wheelchairs aren't easy. 2. I was told my dog was a nuisance, he is a puppy and trying to train him, everyone thought he was cute, after thing I kept him inside the room as often as possible. 3. my husband was accused of vaping in the room, which he wasn't he doesn't own a vape, he went outside to smoke but went without smoking because he didn't want to mess up their precious elevator. We were both feeling uneasy and we were accused of taking staff away from their jobs which we didn't ask for help they offered. After we got the notice we declined any help from staff. We felt discriminated against because of being disabled. I WILL NEVER STAY AT WOODSPRING SPRINGFIELD EVER AGAIN. The Mgr needs lessons in compassion.

ROACHES,BEDBUGS, ANTS Unlike any normal hotel that sends housekeeping to rooms daily, this location only sends housekeeping once a week and they like to only change sheets on one of two beds and don't re stock toilet paper this unfortunately has happened on multiple occasions in multiple rooms Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More
