The property manager does not know how to do anything. A week before we moved in she said she would have the house cleaned up and ready to go. I think all she did was sweep a little bit. Other than that it looked horrible. Said the walls were recently painted, but there was chips all over the place. Had new trim, but looked like someone hit it with a hammer every 6 inches. The AC went out twice, and landlord put it off so long that we ended up staying somewhere else for a whole week. She tried to make me pay for my assistance dog, showed her doctors letter and federal law stating that I don't, and she still tried. Things get delayed so long and get horrible customer service. If you want a good company... don't go with them.

House was being overtaken bye spiders,🐿,mold,hole in bath tube for months, at the end they will try to make you pay for all new stuff plus keep your deposits,can’t get any one to fix anything,they never return calls, WARNING to all,it all falls to you.

ads showed cats are allowed but that's false, was told that was an old ad but new zillow is showing cats allowed as well. I had to contact someone almost everyday to find out what was going on with our application even though I was promised a phone call the evening of the first day. I contacted them after 3 days waiting to find out we were rejected due to our cats (we never would have applied if we had known) When I asked when I was supposed to be told we were rejected she said I would receive a letter in the mail (hello 1995) That letter never arrived by the way. When I asked for the application fee back due to misleading ads she said she would get back with me. I haven't heard a word sense. Happy we get to stay with our current landlord, would have been upset to learn how unprofessional of a company I just signed a lease with. Communication is key.

I've been renting from them for almost 3 years. I've never had any issues. Everyone is very nice, my house is great, I'm very happy with them!
