If you're a prior employee and you need a copy of your W2 I would suggest you call a month in advance as I called requesting a mailed copy of it on March 20th of 2024 and when I called today April 2nd of 2024 they told me they just printed it out and put it on the pile to send out. Completely unprofessional and unorganized.

Funny how all the bad reviews are spot on. This company is horrible. The HR team is more concerned about employees leaving a bad review about their store than actually putting a stop to things that SHOULD matter, such as harassment, which they allow even though in their training they say they have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for?!?!? Yeah right! They also allow veterans that work for the company to be treated like trash and play stupid games with who they are buddy buddy with and bend the rules for the employees they like and the ones they don't, even if there's no valid reason for it, they treat like garbage and tell them they can't do something like make an employee purchase! The whole HR team needs to go. Just keep it up. Just a bunch of lawsuits waiting to happen. Corporate is a joke.
