Ok, This is more about the McDonalds than the actual gas station but... If I go through the drive through at 10:29 and get denied my 2 hash browns for a buck one more time, I'm finding a new place for hash browns. I'm sure a corporate policy and they have the official McDonalds clock on the inside to tell them when it's 10:30 but all I wanted was 2 hash browns... it made me sad

I may frequent this establishment, but only for the McDonald's inside. I cannot count the number of times I have pulled up to the over-priced gas pumps and said, "Where are you?" The employees seem to forget that they are there to serve. This is not to be taken offensively by any current employee at all. You have probably not been there long enough to know of what I am speaking. In the end, sure it is convenient, but it is not worth sacrificing principles to have some convenience. Go ahead, you can make it one more mile.

After reading both postings, I decided to take it upon myself to visit this Village Mart #11 to see if my previous visits were comparable. I have come to the following conclusions. The service at this location is lackadaisical. Since I have been around, or in some form of the customer service industry most of my life I expect, nay I demand quality service. This location does not provide that. It's not that the people I come across at this establishment don't try, it's that they don't seem to care. I have also fueled up at many gas stations across the country. When I say; the type of vehicle I am driving, or how much gas I pumped, the # of the pump is not an issue. As well, it would do wonders if signs would be posted on all the pumps. Signs that that inform the customer, you have to pay first after dark. I do understand this could have changed since I purchased gas their last. Everyone with a job has multiple duties, but certainly if you have store front customer service is a key. Excuses are the failure of any business, and stocking a case is not an excuse. I hope that some of these easily fixable scenarios will be addressed. Until that time, I will not be frequenting this inconvenient mart.
